All of SanMar's workwear and safety products meet Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) guidelines. We ensure safety and security through our supply chain as a certified partner with the Custom-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). The Uniforming Services Team

Our Uniforming Services team assists in strategy planning, route training, sales development and profit maximization. We have more than 100 years of combined IL Industry experience and our goal is to help you grow your business.

Dave Malek
Channel Manager

Dave Malek is our Channel Manager for Uniforming Services. Dave works with our largest partners in this channel across the country and has over 27 years’ experience in the promotional product and Industrial Laundry industries. He was managing national accounts during his tenures at Rivers End Trading - 8 years, Edwards Garment - 11 years, and AmeriPride Services where he was their first Catalog Manager at the corporate office. He currently resides in the Minneapolis, MN.
 

Trish Aspiras
Strategic Uniforming Manager

Trish works with companies throughout the Western United States and has more than 27 years of sales experience, with 23 of those years in leadership. Over 7 years of her experience has been in the commercial laundry and uniforming services. Prior to joining SanMar, Trish worked for Ameripride Services and UniFirst Corporation. She has earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, as well as her Bachelor’s of Science in Business. Trish currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Phil Osborn
Strategic Uniforming Manager

Phil works with companies throughout the Midwest. He has been in the IL industry for more than 20 years. Phil began his career at Alsco as a route representative before moving into sales, management and marketing. Prior to joining SanMar, he worked for G&K Services for more than a decade. Phil lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Jeff Pont
Strategic Uniforming Manager

Jeff works with companies in the Northeastern United States. He has over 20 years of IL experience, beginning his career with a regional independent laundry before holding various sales and management roles at G&K Services and Cintas for over a decade. Before joining SanMar, Jeff was the district manager for a security services firm. He lives in Carmel, Indiana.

Jeff Toole
Strategic Uniforming Manager

Jeff has 15 years of experience in the industry and works with companies throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining SanMar, Jeff worked at the Waterbury Companies in various sales and management positions. He lives in Kennesaw, Georgia.
